Everything on this page comes straight from DOL's quarterly PERM disclosure files — the authoritative record of cases DOL has decided. No estimates, no probing. For cases still in flight, head back to the live tracker.
In its latest published quarter (decisions through December 2025), DOL was issuing certifications on cases filed around July 2024 — mostly between June 2024 and August 2024.
Based on 16,170 certifications. As a sanity check on the live “DOL is deciding {month}” signal on the tracker, this lags but never guesses.
The disclosure files only contain cases DOL has decided. Cases filed in roughly the last ~15 months are mostly still in flight and won't appear here until a future release — which is why the live tracker (which adds in-flight cases) has a fuller, but less authoritative, picture.
source telling you how we first learned of it. This page shows only the first layer.Seeded straight from DOL's published quarterly disclosure files. Every one of these is a case DOL has already decided. This is the bedrock — and it's all you see on this page.
Found by probing DOL's FLAG case-status API for case numbers near the published ones, then keeping the hits. The status data comes from FLAG's live lookup — authoritative, but not (yet) in any published disclosure. This is where almost all of our in-flight coverage comes from.

Quick read: the published record runs through December 2025 decisions; everything still-in-flight that the tracker shows was found by FLAG probing, not handed to us by DOL — so treat the official record above as ground truth and the live numbers as a best-effort overlay on top of it.
